Pot Roast & Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
• One 3-5 lb chuck roast
• One onion soup mix packet
• 4 beef bouillon cubes
• 4 cups of water
• One yellow onion diced
• 1 bag of baby carrots
• 6-7 Large potatoes cut to your liking
• Salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS
Place all items in a crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the roast begins to shred. Let cool for 10-15 minutes then serve.
